With increased freight costs, localised customs, taxes, tariffs, and complex packaging requirements shipping to customers worldwide has never been more challenging.

Here at Mùa we are trialling a few methods to find out the best way to bring you affordable rates that are still sustainable for our business.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping wherever available, so applicable import duties and taxes are included in the shipping service. Any charges outside the DDP service remain the responsibility of the customer.

About Our Shipping Zones

We group destinations into Shipping Zones based on freight costs, duties, tariffs and import requirements.

This keeps shipping fair and transparent, with additional charges only where destinations cost more to service.

As international costs and regulations change, we can move countries into better-value zones and pass the savings on to you.

 

Shipping from Different Vendors

Mùa products ship directly from our vendors in India and Vietnam, so products from different vendors cannot be combined for shipping.

So Shipping costs are separate for each vendor. If you shop across multiple vendors, you will pay multiple shipping costs. 

To make it clearer for you to understand where each fabric or product is coming from, they can be searched by vendor, and there is also a ribbon on each product that shows you the vendor that your product is coming from.
