Our Shipping Model

Mua Creative works with a carefully selected network of trusted manufacturing and fulfilment partners located in Australia and overseas.

 

When you place an order through our website, your products are produced or dispatched directly from the supplier or manufacturing partner best suited to fulfil your order.

 

This direct-to-customer model reduces unnecessary handling, lowers waste and enables us to offer a wider range of thoughtfully made products.

Although products may be shipped directly from our suppliers, your purchase is made through Mua Creative and our customer service team is available to assist you throughout the ordering process.

Processing Times

​

Processing times vary depending on the type of product you purchase.

​

Ready Stock Products

Ready stock items generally require 2–4 business days for processing before they are dispatched.

This includes:

• quality checking

• packing

• preparation for international shipment where applicable.

Print-on-Demand Fabrics

Our custom printed fabrics are printed especially for you after your order is placed.

Production generally takes 2–4 weeks, depending on:

• factory production schedules

• seasonal demand

• public holidays

• order volumes.

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched directly from the printing facility.

Print-on-Demand Apparel

Print-on-demand garments are individually produced after your order is placed.

Production are given as 5 business days, sooner or later depending on capacity.

Delivery Times

After dispatch, most orders arrive within approximately:

7–12 business days

Delivery times vary according to your location, customs processing and local postal services.

These delivery estimates apply after your order has been dispatched.

Combined cart shipping

​

To bring you unique products from around the world, we ship directly from our trusted supplier partners.

If your shopping cart includes products from different locations, each shipping location will incur its own shipping charge. These charges will be itemised and shown during checkout before you place your order.

This approach helps us reduce unnecessary handling, minimise waste, and deliver products directly from their place of origin.

 

Shipping Method

At this time we offer international standard air shipping which is a middle ground between express and the cheapest air rates.

Express shipping is not currently available.

Tracking

We have worked hard to find the most efficient and cost effective carrier out of China and Vietnam. We are looking to build the integration, but at the moment tracking numbers take 2-3 days to update after your shipment has been made, but you will be alerted once it updates on our website. 

​

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Import Duties

 

Our freight costs include import duties but if your country of delivery applies additional taxes, tariffs or local government charges they will not be included. 

These charges are the responsibility so please check your local regulations before you order.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our fulfilment partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

• customs inspections

• severe weather

• public holidays

• carrier delays

• factory production capacity

• other unforeseen events.

Mua Creative cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
