Last updated: 26 October 2026

Thank you for shopping with Mùa Creative.

We believe in thoughtful production, beautiful fabrics and clothing made with care. Many of our garments are individually produced to order, allowing us to offer an extensive selection of colours, sizes and styles while reducing unnecessary stock and textile waste.

Please read the following terms before purchasing apparel or made-to-order goods.

1. Made-to-Order Production

Our made-to-order garments are produced specifically for each customer following confirmation of an order.

Customers may select from the available sizes, colours, fabrics and styles displayed on our website. Certain garments may also accommodate minor adjustments, such as changes to finished length, where agreed before production.

As these garments are individually produced rather than held as finished stock, different purchasing conditions apply to change-of-mind returns.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your selected garment will be manufactured specifically for you.

2. Sizing & Measurements

We provide size guides and garment information to assist customers in selecting the most suitable size.

We encourage customers to review these measurements carefully before placing an order.

Please note:

  • Our garments are generally designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred size using the information provided.

  • Any requested alterations must be included in the order notes and accepted by us before production.

  • Minor variations within reasonable manufacturing tolerances may occur.

  • Where a garment does not correspond with the measurements or specifications we have provided, we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We welcome sizing enquiries before purchase.

3. Production Timeframes

Our standard made-to-order production timeframe is approximately 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Once production is completed, delivery generally takes an additional 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and shipping method.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasional delays may arise due to fabric availability, manufacturing schedules, public holidays, freight disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will communicate significant delays and provide customers with available options, including any remedies required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Because made-to-order garments are produced specifically for individual customers, we ask that all selections are checked carefully before checkout.

Requests to change or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible.

Where production has not commenced, we will endeavour to accommodate reasonable changes or cancellations.

Once production has commenced, we may be unable to accept changes or cancellations for change-of-mind reasons.

Nothing in this section limits your rights to cancel an order or obtain a remedy where required by Australian Consumer Law, including where goods cannot be supplied within an agreed or reasonable timeframe.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind on made-to-order apparel or individually customised goods.

This includes circumstances where a customer:

  • Changes their mind about a purchase.

  • Decides they no longer want the selected colour or style.

  • Selects an incorrect size despite the garment meeting the published size specifications.

  • Changes their personal preferences after the order has entered production.

This policy applies only to change-of-mind requests and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Manufacturing Faults, Incorrect Measurements & Quality Issues

We take pride in the quality of our garments and aim to ensure every order is produced accurately.

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, a quality issue, an incorrect size relative to our published measurements, or specifications that do not match your confirmed order, please contact us.

We will assess the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Repairing the garment.

  • Replacing or remaking the garment.

  • Providing an exchange where appropriate.

  • Issuing a partial or full refund where applicable.

For a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to choose between a refund and replacement, subject to the law.

For a minor failure, we may offer a repair within a reasonable time. If the issue cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, further remedies may apply.

Reasonable return shipping costs for goods confirmed to have a failure covered by consumer guarantees will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Natural Fabric Characteristics

Our garments are made using natural and blended textiles, including linen, cotton and cotton linen.

These fabrics are valued for their texture, breathability and individual character.

Customers should expect some natural variation, including:

  • Subtle differences in weave and texture.

  • Natural creasing and softening with wear.

  • Minor colour variations between fabric batches.

  • Differences in appearance caused by screen settings and lighting.

  • Normal shrinkage or changes associated with fabric care, as disclosed in our care instructions.

These characteristics are not necessarily manufacturing faults.

However, natural fabric variation does not exclude our obligations under Australian Consumer Law, including the requirement that goods be of acceptable quality and match their description.

8. Colour Representation

We make every effort to represent garment colours accurately through our website photography and colour references.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen calibration, lighting and individual fabric dye lots.

Where possible, customers should review the product description and fabric information before ordering.

A significant difference between the goods supplied and their description or representation may entitle customers to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping charges and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We will provide shipping information and tracking details where available.

If an order is lost, damaged or significantly delayed during delivery, please contact us so we can investigate and fulfil our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not exclude responsibility for delivery issues where the law places that responsibility on us.

10. Care & Garment Longevity

We recommend following the care instructions supplied with each garment to maintain its appearance and longevity.

Natural fabrics may require gentle washing, appropriate drying and careful handling.

Damage resulting from misuse or care inconsistent with clearly provided instructions may not be covered by consumer guarantees, depending on the circumstances.

11. How to Report an Issue

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us through the contact details provided on our website.

To help us investigate, please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.

We encourage customers to contact us promptly after discovering a problem. However, statutory consumer rights are not restricted to a fixed number of days after delivery.

We aim to resolve concerns fairly, respectfully and as efficiently as possible.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our made-to-order and change-of-mind policies do not override these rights.

13. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing apparel or made-to-order goods through our website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these terms, including the estimated production timeframes and our change-of-mind policy.

These terms apply alongside our general website Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

In the event of any inconsistency, applicable Australian consumer protection laws take precedence.
